Do you remember who they were on the first day?
Before this school year ends . . .
Take a moment before you rush to finish the next thing and
Pause.
Pause to notice and remember.
Think back to the first day of school when your students were seated in your classroom:
The new faces. The uncertainty. The unknowns. The curiosity.
And now look:
At the growth, confidence, maturity, resilience and __________ (You fill in the blank).
Not just in your students . . . but in you.
You showed up.
On the hard days.
On the draining days.
On the days no one appreciated or applauded.
You shared a journey together.
And . . . a quiet, powerful kind of joy that comes from:
“I was part of something that mattered.”
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about presence.
And that presence changed lives.
Including yours.
Let yourself breathe into and feel that.
Let yourself see the magic you created.
Wow!!!
Here’s an affirmation for you this week:
I choose to see the lightheartedness in the ordinary and find magic in the simple things.
Journal Prompt:
What are you most proud of from this school year—about your students, and about yourself?
Love & blessings,
Catherine
P.S. As this school year closes, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what you want next. If you’re feeling ready for a new chapter—but unsure what that looks like—I’d love to support you in a Soul Alignment Call: https://calendly.com/cattitude5932/soulalignmentcall
