Does this sound like you?

Normally you’re full of energy, bubbly and have a bounce to your step, yet lately you feel weighed down by a heaviness that just isn’t you.

You’re positive, see the bright side and are a-glass-is-full kind of person, yet somehow you find yourself snapping at people over nothing, feeling cynical or even pessimistic.

You’ve been told you bring the sunshine into a room with your smile, your light, yet too often recently, you and everything around you seems dark and dreary.

And no, it’s not the weather.

I know how uncomfortable it feels when you’ve lost your joy – that natural bubbly feeling about you… It’s no fun at all, right?

It happens over time, little by little, so you barely notice it’s missing.

You’re the type of person that starts your day with a smile and cheerful greeting to folks at your favorite coffee shop and everyone you meet on the way to your office. You love the way you designed your office, its colors, textures, plants, art and favorite photos.

The thing is that even though you still see it, you don’t feel the same sense of contentment and well-being you used to feel. Something feels off and you can’t seem to put your finger on it.

I so get it.

Years ago, I worked at Walt Disney World, billed as one of the happiest places on earth, yet there were days when I had to paint a smile on my face before I walked on stage (public guest areas). All the music, beautiful scenery, happy people surrounded me and yet it hurt to smile.

That was many years ago before I knew anything about being on a spiritual journey. Since my own transformation, I’ve helped hundreds of women with this exact same thing.

Let me ask you a question:

How do you feel inside at the moments when your joy is no where to be found?

Confused, lost – What’s the point of it all?

Disappointed, dissatisfied – Is this all there is?

Unhappy – Life isn’t fun anymore.

From my own personal journey and years of experience working with clients, I’ve discovered there are 3 essential components you need to keep in mind to stop yourself from falling into the ‘blahs.’

    1. Make joy a priority!

When you make joy a priority, you open the door for angels to give you gifts. You and the energy around you shines and sparkles. You attract many divine beings to you for They love sharing in your delight.

    2. Be open to every moment!

It’s essential to be open and present in every moment so you don’t miss the downloads from the universe that are here to support you. By being present you amplify the pleasure energy in your body and auric field around you. Plus you notice the abundance of opportunities to experience even more joy in your every day life.

    3. Savor what sparks your joy!

Relish your joyful moments and allow them to nourish and fill you up to overflowing. When you do this, you expand your capacity to receive. Then the universe will shower you with more moments of delight, contentment and spontaneity.

Add this all together, if you make joy a priority, are open and savor the moments, instead of feeling disappointed, dissatisfied, unhappy, and lost – your life will become a necklace of joyful moments like a strand of pearls or beads.

If you are someone who is fed up with feeling dissatisfied and question, “Is this all there is …”

     . . . and what you want is to feel good  . . .

If you are sick and tired of having too many blah days in a row . . .

. . . and want to put an end to them

If you exhausted from feeling weighed down and in the dumps . . .

. . . when want you want is to feel light, free, and enjoying life and what it has to offer. . .

And you’re secretly embarrassed because you are a happy person and love making other people smile yet you can’t paint on a smile when you put on your lipstick . . .

. . . then we need to talk.
