What if gratitude became your daily reset, how might your life be different?
Before checking your phone tomorrow morning . . .
Pause.
Before the emails.
Before the news and the weather.
Before social media pulls your nervous system into comparison, urgency, or overwhelm . . .
Begin with gratitude.
Be grateful for your bed.
Your breath.
Your body carrying you into another day.
Be grateful for sunlight spilling across the room . . . or rain tapping gently against the window.
Be grateful in advance for the connections, opportunities, laughter, abundance, success, and miracles waiting for you today.
At night, end with gratitude.
Thank the day.
Thank yourself.
Thank the lessons you learned and your growth.
Thank the tiny moments that could have easily gone unnoticed.
Gratitude is not about denying reality.
It’s about training your heart to notice life again.
And over time, this daily bookend practice of gratitude begins changing more than your mood.
It changes your energy.
Your perspective.
Your relationships.
Your openness to what’s possible for you.

A quote for you today:
“Gratitude is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets.” Author unknown
